Profile Settings
Your profile is your identity within RTF. You can update your display name and other account details from the account settings page.
Accessing Your Profile
- Click your profile icon or name in the top navigation bar
- Select Account Settings or Profile
What You Can Update
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Display Name | The name shown to your teammates in the platform |
| Email Address | Your login email (changing this may require re-verification) |
| Password | See Password Management → |
| Two-Factor Auth | See Two-Factor Authentication → |
Your Role
Your profile shows your role within the organization — either Admin or Member. Roles are assigned by your admin and determine what you can access.

Organization
Your profile also shows which organization you belong to. All RTF users are part of exactly one organization — this determines which team members you share the platform with.
